• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (over 365 days), an inactivity fee may apply.

• If your internet connection drops during a game, it will resume from where you left off.
• If a game is incomplete due to a technical error, the bet will be refunded.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities
